This restaurant veranda is the top level of a hotel in Paris, France, where patrons can dine and enjoy a breathtaking view of The Eiffel Tower. I painted this on Watercolor Stock using Watercolors and Ink.__________I've included several Images with the color saturation removed, which gives the appearance of a Black and White Charcoal Sketch______Also Images in Sepia Tones. This Image was previously displayed on the site; however, I re-photographed my painting for more clarity.
