Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. "WELLNESS - Nourish your Body - Nourish your Mind".... The Original is Painted on Canvas. Mediums used are Acrylics and Prismacolor Premier Artist's Markers. I used a 'dry brush' technique for the majority of this work. I thought about this Image, and created a Poster______I've included MANY Variations of it. Suitable for Home, for Gyms or Exercising Rooms, for Libraries, Schools or Restaurants.

I was born and raised in the suburbs of Boston MA, and my interest in Art was inspired by my beautiful late mother, Elizabeth, who was an extremely talented artist!
