The Original Painting is 24x36 inches painted on stretched canvas. The Title, "Still Under Construction" was supposed to be 'my cue' to continue painting. However, I decided to STOP right where it is! There are so many paintings of Boston's busy streets with traffic (cars, taxis,trucks, etc.). I've had this hanging in my home for almost two years and have received many compliments regarding the UNCLUTTERED, CLEAN look. Instead of 'over-working' this painting, I decided to (if you may) 'under-work it'! It has a strong, architectural element to it. On the left is the Old John Hancock Tower..behind it you can see the NEW Hancock Tower that is 'mirrored', which reflects the sky and buildings around it. Hello! Thank you for viewing my work (my passion)! Just a tidbit of background. I was born and raised in the suburbs of Boston MA, and my interest in Art was inspired by my beautiful late mother, Elizabeth, who was an extremely talented artist!
